My experience working with Realty Simple has been excellent! Justin McGhee got us a buyer in 8 hours of listing our home for above asking price! Justin is organized, straight to the point, no hassle, and very responsive. He is truly focused on providing the best value to his clients. While many realtors will suggest home repairs that provide little to no value in the actual sale of the home, Justin guided us on what repairs to make for the best return on investment. To say we are happy with our experience is an understatement. With a flat fee structure and no additional brokerage fee coupled with a quick sale, we saved THOUSANDS of dollars going with Realty Simple.

It was such a pleasure to work with Justin, and his Transition Assistant Nicole, at Realty Simple. They made the sale of our home smooth and painless. My husband and I were going to do FSBO, but a friend recommended Justin. She told me how much money he saved her and what a pleasure it was to work with him. My husband and I contacted Justin, and we were so glad that we did! We had an offer on the fourth day our house was listed! We interviewed several agents before listing our Anchorage home, and Dan Potts stood out for his professionalism and excellent straightforward communication. He is extremely knowledgable of the real estate market and construction in general, and kept us informed of every detail as we went through the process of selling our home. He went above and beyond to help us through a few issues with our house and we trusted him to always have our best interests in mind. He offers full service with very reasonable and transparent fees. We were absolutely delighted with the service we received from Dan at Reality Simple. We were trying to sell our triplex but were also leaving the country for a month during the process. Dan took the reins and made the whole process as painless as possible for us. Not only was everything taken care of but we also got to enjoy our family trip without having to worry about the closing of the property. We have had a few properties now, both selling and buying, Dan has been by far the best realtor we used. Dan was incredible to work with! Throughout the process for selling our home, Dan was quick with communication, explained everything thoroughly, was extremely personable, and completed thorough research. Dan Potts at Realty Simple is an exceptional guy who will look out for your best interests at all times during the home selling process. There was never a moment when I doubted that I was getting the best deal possible for my family. Our journey with Dan began on a referral from a friend who, like us, did not have the funds to spend 3% commission on a selling realtor. His $5000 flat rate worked for our budget, so we took a leap. Immediately we got a professional response, quick market analysis, quick and beautiful photography, proper signage and web postings, and we went to market quickly and easily. I cannot recommend Dan Potts highly enough. He patiently helped us find our perfect family home over a fairly significant amount of time and various showings, with zero pressure. His depth of knowledge is invaluable for making a competitive offer, navigating the negotiation process, understanding potential repairs and associated costs, determining if a particular home is the right fit, and much more. We threw countless question's Dan's way, and he always provided an answer, always offering to set up a call or meet to make sure we understood.
